Flatlay Minimal Product Photography – Light setup

Learn how I photograph flatlay minimal product photography with one light. I will walk you through my camera and light settings.

I use a strobe but you can also use a speedlight πŸ™‚
If you have really cheap speedlights that arent strong enough, you might want to think about joining two speedlights together which will double your power output.

The green backdrop is coloured card paper at A1 size.
This cost me under $5.00 AUD from my print supply store called ‘Officeworks’.

I also sometime paint my own backdrops on 5mm or 10mm MDF boards.
